Compliance to the Control of Substance Hazardous to Health Regulation COSHH means that COSHH assessment should be completed at every workplace where hazardous substances are present or in use.
Also, Biological COSHH risk assessments are required for works that involve biological agents and hazards. And this precludes routine and non-routine works, and emergencies.

COSHH IN DETAIL

COSHH means, the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002. Under this regulation, the employer is required to control risk to workers health if the business uses or creates substances or carries out processes which may cause harm to health.
