On-the-job risk assessment is the usual assessment of an activity meant to be carried out by your employees before commencement of work. Alongside a Method Statement this assessment highlights the hazards, and selected control measures and indicates who may be at risk of harm. These are normally done in consultation with your employees, so that they own the assessments.
