At Bayridges we understand the enormous task faced by the client, principal designer and the principal contractor in coordinating activities to ensure adequate and safety. And we have created this role in order to relieve those stresses, and bridge the gaps by providing expertise health and safety advise needed.

Our consultant will see through applicable laws to act as your CDMR Compliant Consultant. And our team will work with you as a support mechanism to make sure that both the Client, Principal Designer and Principal contractor meet their obligations under CDM Regulation 2015. 


Role of CDM Compliance Consultant

Since we'll be working as your support mechanism, making sure that all stakeholders fulfil their obligation under CDM.
Our CDM Compliance consultant will function to support you comply with the law by 
doing the following;

Making sure an in date notification of your project to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
Assist in preparing the construction phase file.
Coordinate meetings with stakeholders to making sure that each meets their obligation under CDM.
Attend site visits, carry out inspections, and audit, and produce evidence based reports on site Health and safety.
Assist in producing the health and safety file.

And plan for risk assessments during design stage.
Monitor and coordinate the arrangements until the end of the project.
Make sure that every activity in the construction is done in compliance to health and safety, and that the built structure remained compliant as it's being built, during maintenance, and use.
